The selection of supplier is held via Dynamic Purchase System (DPS) following two-stage process or via Open procedure
All interested suppliersCan submit indicative tenders and join the Dynamic Purchase Dystem at any point of its lifetime. Admission to the Dynamic Purchase System only requires suppliers to demonstrate their business financial status, suitability, ability, and capability to deliver requirements for the applicable procurement procedure. |

Potential suppliersCan submit particular tender and conclude framework agreements for supply of for goods, services and works via CPO LT. |

Winning suppliersCan compete for public tender via CPO LT e-catalogue for the specific contract with contracting authority. |

One supplierCan conclude a specific contract with contracting authority for supply of goods , services or works. |
