Who is eligible to participate?

Any entity that is able to provide goods, services or works in accordance with the terms of CPO LT public procurement can compete for public tenders:

• private legal entity;
• public legal entity;
• other organisations and their departments;
• group of above-mentioned.

CPO LT e-catalogue is available for registered suppliers only who have concluded framework agreements with CPO LT.

Requirements for the suppliers

Must meet qualification requirements set in competitive procedure

Have to be awarded a contract and therefore to conclude a framework agreement for supply of goods, services and works

Must regularly publish and update descriptions of goods, services or works on the CPO LT catalogue.

During reopening of competition, suppliers can place the tenders and award a contract
